process is a proven path to satisfaction. We begin by
delving into what the client wishes, who the target audience
is, what kind of technology the target audience will
likely use, and gather any material the client can provide
that helps us see into their mind. We also request the
Client to look and submit links of any Websites they
find that they either like or particularly don’t
like. If the client is not familiar with the Internet,
we survey other sites in the Client’s field and
suggest links.
Once
we have a good set of design notes, we begin the iterative
process. We propose a design sample, (for more complex
sites we may prepare two independent samples), and use
client feedback to refine the look until it feels just
right. For those who really don’t have the budget
for a custom-designed Web site, we have a template based
service with a difference. Unlike other template services
that put you into a simple or bad graphic look, we have

Business
Webmaster Plan
The
Business Webmaster Plan brings the feel of an in-house
Web department to the active Web site owner. Clients
who regularly update their Web sites with news, and who
need to keep the look fresh will be able to budget well
using this plan. If you know you will be overloaded trying
to do the site updating in-house, you should consider
this plan. Also included is a discount rate for more
extensive changes.
ITSoft Serve's Business Webmaster Plan consists of 5 hours per month of minor
changes includes:
Addition of text and links to existing pages
Web optimization of images received in .jpg, .eps, .tif and .gif formats
for inclusion on existing pages
Creation of new template based pages
Conversion and posting of PDFs (documents must be received in MS Word format)
Graphic revision and posting of new graphics may be performed if no more
than two hours per month is used to accomplish these changes
Premium
Webmaster Plan
The
Premium Webmaster Plan is for clients with a large but
manageable volume of changes. ITSoft Serve recommends
this package if your Web site will be constantly updated
to provide fresh content, news, and photos to frequent
visitors.
ITSoft Serve's Premium Webmaster Plan consists of up to 12 hours of minor
changes includes:
Addition of text and links to existing pages
Web optimization of images received in .jpg, .eps, .tif and .gif formats
for inclusion on existing pages
Creation of new template based pages
Conversion and posting of PDFs (documents must be received in MS Word format)
Graphic revision and posting of new graphics may be performed at no additional
charge if no more than four hours per month is used to accomplish these changes.
